Comments

Thank you for mentioning The Coral Sea's "Volcano and Heart"... although the album was first released (locally) in 2005, it was remastered and nationally released on Hidden Agenda (parasol.com) in July 2006. It was apparently still so ahead of it's time that it made it onto Showtime, ABC, and Fox TV this year. Anyway, thanks for the mention,
Duncan
ex-of The Coral Sea

Neko Case's, Fox Confessor Brings the Flood. Track: Lion's Jaws.

Go, go Sandy G!

I don't have an absolute number one this year. But some plum tracks:

TV on the Radio, Return to Cookie Mountain: Wolf Like Me

Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Show Your Bones: Turn Into

M. Ward, Post War: To Go Home

Beirut, Gulag Orkestar: Brandenburg

Clearlake, Amber: It's Getting Light Outside

Califone, Roots and Crowns: The Orchids
